This policy explains what data Strehl collects, why, and how it is used and protected. Strehl is a product of Larinova Private Limited, Chennai, India, which is responsible for your data.
1. What we collect
- Account information: your name, work email and business name when you sign in with Google or an email link.
- Brand material: your website address and the public content we read from it (logo, colours, products, facts), used to build your brand profile.
- Taste and preferences: the topics, formats and sample ideas you choose, your posting schedule and audience, and anything you tell Strehl in chat, including documents you share.
- Connected accounts: access to the X account and LinkedIn page you connect, used only to publish your posts.
- Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We keep the payment reference, amount and card network and last four digits for your invoices, never full card or bank details.
2. How we use it
We use your data to build your brand and taste profile, plan and write your content, publish it to your connected accounts, process payments, send sign-in and service emails, provide support, and improve the quality of Strehl's output. We do not sell your data.
3. Service providers
Strehl relies on these providers, each of which processes only what it needs, under its own terms:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and email delivery.
- OpenAI and Anthropic: AI models that write and revise your content.
- Zernio: publishing posts to X and LinkedIn.
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose Continue with Google.
4. Data retention
We keep account, brand and preference data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can come back. After that it is deleted, or sooner if you ask. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can disconnect X or LinkedIn at any time from Settings or on those platforms. Email gabriel@larinova.com to use these rights.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, sign-in sessions are stored only as hashes, and access to customer data is limited to the people who operate the service.
