1. The service

Strehl is a managed content service for businesses. It reads your public website to build a brand profile, learns your taste from the choices you make during onboarding, plans a month of posts, and publishes finished posts and short videos to the X account and LinkedIn page you connect, on the schedule of your plan.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be authorised to act for the business you onboard and to connect its X and LinkedIn accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and material you give Strehl, and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Plans, billing and payment

• Strehl offers the Starter, Growth and Scale plans, billed monthly or yearly in advance, as shown on our pricing page.
• Your first billing period is charged at 40% off the list price. On yearly billing the discount covers the whole first year. Later periods renew at the list price.
• Customers billed in India pay in INR plus 18% GST. Other customers pay in USD. The currency is set at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Larinova Private Limited. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can change plan from Billing; upgrades are charged pro rata for the rest of the period, and downgrades take effect from the next period.

4. Posting and approval

Strehl posts only what is in your content plan, at the times you set. You choose how posts go out: automatically, after your approval, or not at all. You can switch off, edit or reschedule any post that has not been locked for publishing. Without a connected account, posts stay ready for you to download and publish yourself. You are responsible for the posts published to your accounts.

5. Content accuracy

Posts are written with AI from your website, your answers and the documents you share. Strehl will not state a fact about your business that is not in the material you provided, and will not name a client or customer of yours without your approval.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand material, logos and product information. You grant us a licence to use them only to create and publish content for you. Content made for you under an active plan is yours to use.

7. Cancelling your plan

• You can cancel at any time from Billing or by emailing gabriel@larinova.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your plan until then and are not charged again.
• If you try Strehl and it is not right for you, tell us within 3 days of your first payment. We will return that payment, less the cost of the AI credits you used in those 3 days.
• After those 3 days, payments are not returned. AI credits that have been used are never returned, whether they came with your plan or were bought as an add-on.
• A payment taken in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, is returned in full to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Strehl to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that misrepresents a third party. We may suspend an account that breaks this section.

9. Availability and changes

Strehl is in early access and may change as the product develops. We will tell active subscribers about material changes to pricing or plan features before they take effect.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Larinova Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Strehl, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
