Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Strehl ("Strehl", "we", "us", "our"), a managed content service for companies. By subscribing to or using Strehl, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Strehl reads a customer's public website to build a brand profile, learns the customer's content taste from selections the customer makes, and produces and publishes brand content to the customer's connected LinkedIn and X accounts on the cadence of the customer's chosen plan. An optional add-on produces founder speaking videos from a customer-submitted reference video.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the company you are onboarding, and to connect that company's LinkedIn and X accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you provide to Strehl.

3. Plans, billing and payment

Strehl offers monthly subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly (or yearly, where selected) basis via our payment processor. Prices are shown in USD for international customers and INR for customers billed in India; the applicable currency is set at checkout. Founder speaking videos are a separate, credit-based add-on billed per minute of finished video and are not part of the monthly subscription fee.

4. Content accuracy

Strehl operates under a fixed accuracy rule: it will not state a fact about your company that is not already present in the material you provided, and will not name a client or customer of yours without your explicit approval. You remain responsible for reviewing published content where you have enabled the optional review step, and for the accuracy of any source material you supply.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand materials, logos, product information and any reference video or voice sample you submit. You grant Strehl a licence to use these solely to generate and publish content on your behalf. Content generated for you under an active subscription is yours to use.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Strehl to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that misrepresents facts about a third party. We may suspend an account that violates this section.

8. Availability and changes

Strehl is currently offered in early access and may change as the product develops. We will give notice of material changes to pricing or plan features to active subscribers before they take effect.

9. Limitation of liability

Strehl is provided on an "as is" basis during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Strehl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
